What are the sights and sounds that come to mind when you think of spring? For me, I know spring really is here when I hear see trees budding and hear baby birds chirping.
So, this month's words celebrate this first full month of spring and come from renown author and philosopher George Santayana.
The earth has music for those who listen.
Our Inspiration Gallery
Well, it looks like our I-Teamers have done it again! And, this month we are pleased to have the incredibly talented Cebelica, who has a real gift for creating multi-media works of art, join us as our Guest I-Teamer. Welcome, Cebelica!
The richness of Cebelica's card is absolutely amazing! I'm blown away by the texture, dimension, and balance of this gorgeous card.
Annie's little birdie is just adorable! I'm not sure what I love the most: her wonderful coloring, that perfect sentiment, or that sweet musical banner. And, these pretty colors simply
scream sing spring. :)
Bobbi's silhouetted birds against that beautiful background that is so striking! And, that sentiment embellishment is the perfect accent. What a lovely card!
Greta's card has one of the most beautiful backgrounds I've ever seen -- it is so pretty! And, don't you love these wonderful popped panels? This is one perfectly designed card. :)
Speaking of beautiful backgrounds, Penny's created another masterpiece! And, that gorgeous dove? Well, that embellishment has been upcycled from a Christmas card. Now, that's a perfect way to commemorate Earth Day. :)
Spring brings thoughts of blossoming trees and fluttering butterflies to Bernadette. I love the way she used a die/punch negative to frame that gorgeous tree. :)
Finally, my Tim-Holtz inspired card went for a little musical play on words with its "just a note" sentiment.

Some beautiful spring time cards. Wonderful inspiration now if we could only see some of those signs here in south eastern Ma. that would be wonderful. Will get working very soon.ReplyDelete
